I personally liked his role in The Deer Hunter. He played a tortured man who had lost his soul because of what he had been through during the Vietnam War. That was his best role ever, even though it was very hard to watch.

I agree with Squiggy! In "The Deer Hunter" Christopher Walken showcased his extraordinary acting abilities best!

I liked him as Gabriel (I think) in the Prophecy. Christopher Walken is the bomb in any role he plays. He was also great in Hairspray.

True Romance, he played the mobster looking for Christian Slater and one of the Arquette girls... When he went to town on Dennis Hopper's character... wow.
Ok, I just IMDB'd it, I forgot just how huge of a cast it had...
He was also great in King of New York, and made Batman Returns more bearable.
All in all, he's friggin' awesome and because he is so awesome, we can all have a little more cowbell...
