Neither the President, Nor the Vice President as commit ed any Illegal acts which warrant an impeachment.

Hey.. go for it. Put Pelosi in for six months, forming an administration subject to senate confirmation. Then push her out to make room for the Clinton crowd when they are elected. Or... would an incumbent Democratic President Pelosi trump a nominated Clinton? Wouldn't that be a fine mess?

Not at the exact same time. Even if the house tried to do that, I guarantee you one of them would resign so he could name his successor. Speaker Pelosi is not going to become the President through impeachment.

In theory, sure. However no one has been even able to gather charges much less get the house to move on it. "We" as in the citizens can NOT impeach.

Neither has done anything wrong anyways, so, no, Congress wouldn't be able to impeach them.
