The evidence would suggest any terrorist would prefer the continuing aggressive policies of the GOP. That keeps the terrorist in business, that gives them ready and willing recruits by the hand fulls, that gives them a battle front right in their backyards......all of which is exactly what Bin Laden wanted from the beginning and he manipulated Bush and Cheney perfectly.
