I don't know the answer, but I would first find the smallest number that is divisible by all the integers from 1 to 18. That is going to be 5x7x9x11x13x16x17 (why?)

Then I'd start looking at the multiples of this number that have 9 or 10 digits (in case one of the numbers you are looking for starts with 0)

And I'd do it all with a computer program. :-)
