I sometimes get a funny, light pressure feeling in my lower abdomen, and recently I have noticed when I poke it it is usually hard, but after I poke it it goes away, and isn't hard anymore. It feels almost like the baby is laying agianst my uteran walls, but I am not sure if that is possible. I have been feeling fetal movement (please don't tell me this isn't possible this early unless you happen to live in my stomach and can prove that) since about 13 weeks even, so it doesn't seem odd to me that I might be feeling the baby lay against me. Any answers are appriciated! thanx

I have been feeling this alot the last couple days, is that ok? and it is weird, now sometimes I feel it on the top half of my uterus, is it possible for the baby to be able to float against the top of it? I am just so confused because it doesn't seem to be like the pressure anyone else describes, and it only happens when I am sitting or lying down - not standing up

I felt like i had a little monster inside me with my pregnancies and also felt movement quite early (i am built rather small) it even felt as if they did summersaults sometimes.
I have attached some links that can help you during and after your pregnancy.
Good luck

If you are real in tune with your body or have had more than one child it is very possible for you to feel this. The more active you are during a day though it's probably less likely. Yes, you are feeling the baby laying in there and when you poke at it he/she moves. It's all wonderful. Enjoy it. Some people might need to get some better info before they start trying to say a baby is not moving at 13weeks. Best of luck.

Every woman is different, I've been early on a lot of things, but sadly, I"m at 16 weeks 2 days and I haven't felt movements yet, so I don't guess I"m going to be lucky enough to feel the flutters early. If your feeling flutters at 13 weeks you could definiely be feeling the baby, if that is also so, you should be feeling harder kicks now as well, soon (usually a week after that) people should be able to feel it on the outside of your stomach.

Oh wow! :) That's wonderful :)
I didn't feel flutters until I was 14 weeks along... but if you're really in tune with your body, you will definitely know it's your baby! I felt the baby poke my husbands hand when we were going to bed, when I was about 4 months, 16 weeks! And that was the first time I felt the baby kick, or whatever it did! :) And from that point, I could definitely feel the baby :) I told my doctor what it felt like, and he said that was it! The more you feel it, the more you can see how it can be discribed as flutters... but to me, it was my baby. And you know... you just know :)
How exciting! Enjoy! In a few months, it's all out war on your ribs! Haaha! But it's still just as much fun :)

I'm not sure you could feel the baby lying against the wall of your uterus because he is still so tiny. But I completely believe you can feel him or her kicking and moving about. Certainly he's doing something for you to feel this way--laying against the wall, Idk.
Congratulations!

This is my third baby and I have been feeling her move since about 12 weeks pregnant and the doctor did say that is possible so I am not about to tell you that you aren't feeling your baby. I believe that is exactly what you are feeling. Congrats on your little miracle!!

It may be. And yes, SOME women are sensitive enough to their bodies to feel the baby at 13 weeks. I did with my third.

That could be ya baby laying right there. But you can't feel ya baby at 13wks movin. Even if its ya 2nd child. Fetal movements starts at 16-22wks. The baby is movin and doin all types of flips and evrything else.
