streaks and lines in my photos when I print?

I've tried to get rid of the streaks by cleaning the printer, cleaning the heads, aligning it (though I'm not sure if that matters...or if just one of those "tests" is throwing the whole thing off), and the ink is brand new. Anyone have any ideas?

Unless its a HP printer, otherwise your print tray is on its way out.
