when i shut it down then cut it back on it will bootup cutoff and
bootup again.

Maybe it's your motherboard. Try updating BIOS. I know a few Abit motherboards have a automatic double-boot installed into the BIOS. If not the motherboard, then perhaps it is a virus or a hardware problem. Try re-installing or updating drivers and if that doesn't work, then maybe reformat? Good luck.

Is it a laptop sitting on a desk, or a desktop in a small corner? The computer may be overheating and shutting its self down. If its a laptop turn it off for a while and prop it up if its on a flat surface. If its a desktop, it need to be turned off for a while and have the dust cleaned from the fan.
