I'm not really a fan of Cleveland or New York, but from a Cleveland perspective, I'm getting a bad feeling about this series. I just can't see the Indians taking three out of five games from the Yankees, especially when you consider the fact that A - Rod's just now beginning to get it going. The way I see it, the Yankees WILL win this series...

Boston paid big bucks to get relief pitcher Eric Gagne to Beantown and let's face it he blew it, yet again, on Saturday night. Can the beaners battle back after losing home field advantage to the upstart tribe? They'll have to if they want a shot at a second World Series title in four years.

Tonight's game in Cleveland runs at 7 p.m. EST and sees Japanese odd-baller Daisuke "Dice-K" Matsuzaka (0-0) face Jake Westbrook (0-1). Neither pitcher has played all that well in the post season, with ERAs of 5.79 and 10.80 respectively.

Boston is favored to win (-123) despite the fact the Indians only lost 29 times at home all season. The Over/ Under sits at just 10 despite there being two inexperienced postseason pitchers on the mound and the fact that the teams combined for a whopping 32 runs in the first two games.

The last game at Jacobs Field was more like the apocalypse than a ball game, with a swarm of insects surround the stadium, rattling New York Yankees ace Joba Chamberlain, and laying the way for a come from behind Indians win in Game 2 of the ALDS.

hell yeah, approximately to be 6 a million/2 up at superb or a million a million/2 down at worst. yeah the sox are 8-0 against em this 365 days yet its unlike they have been *** whoopins, you had the rivera blown save, the undesirable first inning via joba, and the burnett shall we supply back a 6 run lead pastime. the matchups workout nicely for the yanks additionally. we could continually do away with darkness from smoltz and bucholz. the burnett beckett pastime could be good, and that i think of we can take the lester pettitte pastime. a cut up will do because of the fact we are already 2 a million/2 up yet 3-a million may well be superb only think of if the yanks have been those 8-0 it would be a 10 a million/2 pastime lead.

I don't thin you'll get past the Indians even if you do we Beckett will be on like 6+ days rest and your pitching staff and players will be tired. So it will just be an easy series for us. So either way the Yanks will lose and won't make World Series.

Warning: This answer is depending on whether the Yankees actually get to the 2007 A.L.C.S.

We have been ready ever since 2004. That should have been our World Series championship!

Well let's not get ahead of ourselves here. The Yankees must first win tonight before they get a chance to win the series.

Tho not a Yankee fan, nor hater, i like the Indians chances.

Pitching wins these games, and if Wang gets hit, there's no guarantee that Joba and Hughes can continue to bail them out.
