Great Britain does not have a single document constitution, but a collection of doctrines, laws, and other documents. These would add up to a constitution, but the British never have codified their government in one constitution.

It does not have a constitution in the same way that the US does. This is in large part due to the fact that GB did not come about in a formalized method as did the US, but rather aggregated over many centuries into what it is today. Instead, various Acts, treaties and resolutions, coupled surprisingly with a great deal of Tradition, regulate the goings on of the British Government.

The final result is a form of government called a "Constitutional Monarchy," meaning that there is still a Monarch (Queen Elizabeth II) but her powers are greatly regulated by these various acts, traditions, etc.
