Contrary to the sarcastic comments of the people above me, it is difficult to find gas stations in SF.

It would help if you could tell us which neighborhood in SF you are talking about. Gas stations are all over SF. Just look in the yellow pages when you get to SF. For cheap gas, go to www.gasbuddy.com But be aware that in some of the cheaper stations, only cash is accepted.

the gas stations right by off the exits of 280 and the 101 are a bit pricier. the gas stations along 19th ave. is eh, ok.
but the arco on geneva is one of the better deal ones here in the city.

They are basically in the cities. You won't find many near the warf. Gas is very expensive there so make sure you are prepared.
