I would ,,,But it depends on how you think it would effect you ..I am taking Benadril for sinus at the moment and I knew I had too because of how rotten I felt. It doesn't effect me at all but you and others may feel different..I would take it just because of how losey you probably feel,,but if you get tired or feel it is effecting your driving I would pull over and get something to eat or rest a bit...GOOD LUCK ,,I HOPE YOU FEEL BETTER REAL SOON...Sinus are a real PAIN ,,I KNOW!!!

it depends on what kind of sinus medication. if it says could make you drowsy it would be better for you to take it when you get home.
Driving with this kind of medication in your system compromises your focus and reactions to other drivers.

I don't think that is a responsible attitude. It should state on the medication any complications and will be specific especially with something as serious as driving. The law states that you should always consult with your Doctor as to whether you can drive while on medication, so if anything happened it would be your responsibility....
My motto, if in doubt, don't do it.......

no. what's the use of drying you nose if you'll break half of your body. sinus medications often have a depressant effect. meaning it'll make you sleepy.
so take if when you get home or you can take it in the hospital if you don't follow my advice.

Yes, you may crash. If I was in your situation...
I would rather arrive home safely, with a runny nose, then take medication vs. taking the meds now and facing potential serious injury or death with a dry nose.

Only if it says nondrowsy
We had prisoners come to our school once and the one girl was in jail only because she took the drowsy kind before driving, fell asleep at the wheel, and killed people that were in another vehicle. So..not a good idea.

It typically takes 20+ minutes for any medication to take full effect, so id say if your not far away, go ahead. but if your farther away, better safe than sorry.
