I am interested in showing, and selling homes for commission for a living. I been interested in this for a long time, however I didn't know about sites like this one-to ask questions. I want to start real estate courses, which I understand will only take approx. a year.

In many cities, one must take a Real Estate Course.
Look in the Yellow Pages for: Real Estate Schools.
If you know a Realtor, ask him or her the name of the best Real Estate School in your city.
