After 2 scopes years ago, I am beginning to experience a problem with my knee. After resting and standing up it feels like a huge rubber band on the back of my knee is pulling. This causes pain in walking. Usually I can rub behind the knee and it will fix but lately this doesn't help. Anyone have an idea? Thanks

Sounds like tendonitis. Inflamation of the tendon. Anti inflamatory meds like ibuprophen. Go see your Dr. again explain the problem. I am experiencing something similar and I use 800mg of ibuprophen twice a day and try to stretch the tendon as much as possible.

I presume which you're touching on the Illiotibial Band muscle. the only IBS i comprehend is "irritable bowl syndrome", which i will with somewhat of luck state has no relationship on your knee issues.. :) The ITB muscle runs out of your hips, down the area of your thigh, on your knees. injuries on your ITB muscle isn't usually linked with soreness in the back of the knee. it somewhat is extra undemanding to have soreness on the area or in front of the knee. it somewhat is plenty extra probably which you have a hamstring injury, however if i can not make particular devoid of extra suggestion. I advise which you ice the section for no extra advantageous than quarter-hour at a time for 3-4 cases an afternoon. good success~!
