Romantic comedies that I've enjoyed are Alice Academy and
The Wallflower.
I'm currently watching Lovely Complex and School Rumble, so far it's sweet and funny.
But looking at your list I think you might enjoy Alice Academy the most. I hope you enjoy watching it.
