Are they able to put emotional impressions on other people? Or do they just inspire much emotion with their presences?

Telekinesis is defined as the ability to move inanimate objects using only the mind. Uri Geller's spoon bending would be an example.
It has nothing to do with putting emotional impressions on other people (which I don't think that women can do - at least, not any more than men can).

Most people are emotionally impressionable (men and women alike) to one extent or another. It's a human trait, not one that is selectively female.
An interesting spin off of your question might be this: how many people can convert emotional reactivity into electricic or magnetic impulses, or if it is possible to do this (knowingly or unknowingly)? Can we affect our material environment with energy derived from our internal processes (like our emotions)? (It is interesting to read up on telekinesis and so called "poltergeist" activity, which seems to suggest that this is so.)

Telekinesis has nothing to do with being male or female.
It's a unique gift some people are born with, however you could get it by working on it through books on telekinesis.
You just got to have a lot of patience, inner and outer strength, confidence, courage, and a good head on your shoulders to be able to accomplish your goal to achieve the ability of telekinesis.

It depends on the man...if they pick up on women's emotions easily then for some it's possible.

Yes they have a special power to PUT emotional impressions on other people through the phenomenon called nagging, PMS etc
