What I mean is do you not want buy from someone even when their total price is average or cheap: example .99 + 9.99 Shipping

if i were to buy a say, photograph, i wouldnt want to pay 10$ for the photo and 20 for the shipping, if thats what you mean

Yes, I am .. some of the shipping charges are ridiculous. That's why I don't buy things off ebay unless the item itself is too expensive to worry about the shipping costs!

I HATE when they do that! E-Bay is TRYING to take care of that problem, but not enough people are telling them about the ones that are doing it.
