I started shopping the day after christmas and picked up a lot of nice things that were half price.I shop all year long at all the sales. Then when Dec. rolls around I wrap gifts and i can concentrate on having parties all month.

Not before the season of Advent starts!
Isn't shopping for Christmas without Advent much like attending a birthday party without wishing the birthday boy?!

It just occurred to me...imagine the recalls and customer returns after Christmas with lead-based painted toys from China. Maybe we should boycott all China-made toys this year...it would be safer for our kids. With the tainted food and painted toys, I'm beginning to think sinister thoughts about China!

Yep - I bought my christmas cake today. I'll try to incorporate food/gifts into my shopping budget from now on.
Dunno why I bother with all this expense.
Wanna know what I opened last xmas morning?
...the curtains!...and no, I'm not kidding, that was it, my lot...

No not yet although I'm trying to think of things to put on my wish list, my family do that cause then we get what we want and don't end up with things we won't use.

Lol, are you trying to raise my blood pressure! I've just started thinking about it, but haven't done anything about it yet.
Edit: ooh, the layout just flipped when I answered this - it's really strange, and much bigger, somehow!
