I don't know how they got the money, but ALL children should have the BEST education providable, not just Libs who want their children taught by biased teacher's, to learn lies about their country, and are taught hate for their country.

Good question ! If you think health is expensive now ; just wait until it`s "free" !! People like the guy who said he doesn`t trust the free republic are the ones who are too lazy to weigh the facts against each other when there is an issue that requires a thought process! He doesn`t have a clue that this liberal SCHIP plan is not going to be paid for with the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow ?? Where do these people think this money comes from ? Hey ; and the Hi-liar-y $5,000 bond for every child born in America , this includes Illegals too ; can you guess in advance of what the tax percentage of $5,000 will be in 18 years ? It`s just a huge tax hike by proxy that we will be paying for at the present !! The same tax money that the $5,000 originally came from will be able to be taxed again in 18 years at who knows what rate , maybe 50% ? It`s the same Liberal mantra as hitler used ; "tell the people a lie long enough , and eventually they will believe it to be true" !

The answer has nothing really to do with the SCHIP program.
It is all about control.
Democrats want to control all aspects of your life. That is the only reason for their push for SCHIP, to control more individuals than just the poor.
