Van Dam's contract ran out as of the 8th of July 2007, and he declined to re-sign with WWE. On September 5, 2007 his profile was removed from WWE.com.

No RVD's contract with WWE expired back in July, and he did not renewed his contract, and that is why his profile was removed from the ECW roster. There are rumors that he may now be going to TNA, but who know where he will end up. He might not wrestle again no more.
