USC fans are surprisingly quiet this week after their loss to the worst team in the PAC-10. Where is this week's argument that the PAC-10 is just as tough as the SEC. I would have liked nothing more than LSU and USC going undefeated all season. Then we could have settled this one once and for all in the National Championship. Now we'll just have to listen to USC fans arguing hypotheticals about how the tooth fairy could beat the easter bunny. As far as the conference comparison goes...."You can gold-plate a terd, but deep down it is still a terd".

Stanford coach Jim Harbaugh took a page out of Lou Holtz's psychological playbook by hyping them up so much during the Pac-10 media day. It looks like the USC players actually believed him and the talking clowns on ESPN really fell for it big time.
