Neither, she is a socialist. Its obvious that she invests money and funds on social development and health care. In addition, her ideology and concept is based on upholding equal social classes among the minority and the poor.

Neither. She's a slightly left-leaning moderate. Shes not a true-blue liberal, because she isn't representing the working class, but rather the middle to upper-middle classes. She is about as liberal as her husband, who founded the idea of the "New Democrats" or rather, Democrats-who-are-almost-as-okay-with-big business-as-Republicans. She won't raise taxes for the wealthy any more than her husband did. She may do a little for the middle class through healthcare, but she isn't proposing a new bureaucracy to do it either, but rather improve on that which already exists.
