-15xy - 10x / 5x = -3y - 2

2x^2y - 6xy^2 + 12xy / 2xy =

(2x^2y) / 2xy - 6xy^2 / (2xy) + 12xy / (2xy) =

x - 3y + 6

I can't tell if you mean -15xy - (10x / 5x) or (-15xy - 10x) / 5x. Assuming it's the later, think of this as (-15xy - 10x) * (1 / 5x)
Then you can use the distributive rule, dividing each of the numerator terms by 5 and by x to get -3y - 2.
