Yes, he was a loose cannon in real life. But I loved that crazy bastard. He was a great heal, especially with the Hart Foundation.

Yep for sure.personal demons & addictions to painkillers thwarted a potentially huge career.He crashed his 4x4 into a tree in 96 & was in a coma & had to have his ankle surgically fused.It meant he was never the same wrestler again.He supposedly couldn't hack it & died in 1997 as a results of heart complications brought on by prescription drugs.
I read the Hardys interview & it's Pillman who influenced them to become wrestlers.

Usual story of addiction to pain killers, however it was a congenital heart defect that resulted in his early death. I am sure his lifestyle did not help.
