The only way I know is ==disconnect the small wire on the back of your modem, then turn off the computer for 30 seconds,then reconnect the wire and start the computer again. Sorry not to be more help. Also try your provider, they may have 24 hour service.LOL

I'm sure you may think this is a messaging system but there's no way of knowing what your original question is.. and since you've set your questions to private even clicking on your name to attempt to find out what you're talking about is useless..

So without knowing anything about the issue like wheher you have dial up networking or a broadband service I would say to contact the technical support department of your ISP... since it's what you pay for.
