Well, it depends on where you live...
If you have a thrift store or a vintage clothing store near you, you could probably find something there.
If you have a choice between thrift or vintage clothing stores, choose the thrift -- the prices are almost always SO much better.
Try Googling "flapper dress" or "flapper girl costume"...

Umm whatever you do dont buy from ebay because you never know what condition the dresses would be in. I would suggest a store like marshals,rainbow,forever21, or value cuty. They always have cute sequin dress.

Look in a dance magazine!! My mom is a dance teacher and she needed the same thing!! Google it under cheap flapper dresses!! Don't give up!!
