Yikes!
Is there a "none of the above" answer?
Of those 3, Florida has the best chance of winning.
They need Tennessee to lose and UF needs to win out.(well the rest of their conference games)

This has got to be West Virginia. I think Florida has a good shot at winning the SEC East, especially if they beat Kentucky their next game in 2 weeks. However 0-2 against SEC West schools, regardless if they are better than Auburn they lost to them, you can't like their chances over WVU.
WVU was not ready at all for the game against USF. If you gave them 5 more chances to beat USF, they'd win all 5. However that's not how this works so they screwed themselves over. I was about ready to say USF was gonna walk away with the Big East title but then Sat. against FAU completely changed my mind. Now I know they knew they were gonna win this game so their heads weren't probably completely in it, but they still only beat a 3-2 team (that only beat Mid Tennessee, Minnesota and North Texas) by 12. Their passing game was off and it's supposed to be the strong point of the offense. If both of USF and WVU finish with 1 loss, WVU would have the advantage over USF even though the Bulls beat them because late losses hurt BCS chances way more than an early one.
Texas has dug themselves into way deep of a hole. They will need A LOT of Big 12 losses from other schools to even have a chance.

Nothing against LSU Mr. C, I concede that they deserve their number one ranking. But the question was the best chance.
I would say Florida. All, they have to do(not saying it will be easy) is beat LSU in the SEC championship. They still control their own destiny.
WVU needs two losses from USF and to run the table.
Texas, well, I just don't think they are as strong as they usually are. They won't be winning their conference.

Florida. I think Texas has a nearly zero chance. I don't follow the Big East closely so I'm not sure about West Virginia, but I know that they still have some tough games. Florida's gotten past the hardest part of its schedule, though the remainder does included SC which will be tough.

My school, WVU.
South Florida loss was well deserved. We played bad. I'm not going to take away they were the better team that day.
But after I watched South Florida play FAU, my hopes rose. South Florida is going on luck honestly. I think Cinncinnatii will beat them. And Rutgets is going to be looking for a rebound win. And I think Brohm is just going to open up the pass game on them and maybe outscore them (god knows the defense isn't going to help).
WVU will go unbeaten the rest of the season (as long as no injuries occur). They just need a 2 loss USF team.
Texas is already 2 down as is Florida. WVU is only 1 down.

West Virginia.
All they really need is for South Florida, Conneticut and Cincinatti. That's three teams, but it's easier that the other ones.
Florida would need LSU to lose.
and Texas needs lost of other teams to perform horribly, (Oklahoma) they'll finish 10-2, but no confrence title, sad isn't?

West Virginia -- If SFla stumbles and they run the table, their in. Florida and Texas both have too many other teams ahead of them so their chances are slimmer.

Wow USF must be the luckiest team in the country... seeing as how they've beaten "mighty" WVU 2 years in a row!! they dont win with luck, they win with heart... they match their 2 and 3 star athletes up against the other teams 4 and 5 star kids and out play them... plain and simple.
WVU fans are as bad as USC fans... excuses and more excuses
