any quality caulking. you'll need to buy a caulk gun also.
they're both reasonably priced. i would use silicone caulk.
it's best against the weather.

Exterior Caulk. It will be easier to remove this caulk if you ever had to change out the cable versus something more permanent. Keep an eye on the caulk each year because you will have to replace it as it weathers.

you should use a CLEAR silicone. since you have brick, anything else will be really obvious. the clear will not show up as bad on the brick..
