If you survived a shipwreck on a deserted island, what would be the most important issues that would determine your survival? Describe how you would face each of these issues.

Finding edible food. Be it from plant trees or the water. Make a place to rest and sleep. I would try to look at it as an opened space apartment. And would take each day as it came. Would try to make the best use of the things I have or can find. I would probably talk to myself a lot. Since there is no one to talk to. Hopefully I wasn't hurt in the wreck.

Food-catch and eat fish
Water- boil it and catch the steam
Fire- use a lighter
Going insane- try not to talk to the "people" you see
Getting off the darn Island- make a fire or mabey a raft if you are on this island for too long.

First, I would need to learn how to deal with the people around me by having an open mind and not judging them. Second, I would need to stay calm mentally as much as possible by being positive, but getting the supplies I'd need to survive. Third, I would need to find food by hunting around the island. Fourth, I would need water by trying to find fresh water.

Finding food, making a fire, and finding some way to communicate with the rest of th world.
The first two would be hard enough, the third, in the absence of some kind of radio equipment in the wreck, may be impossible!

SInce, as you say, the ship wrecked on a deserted island. I would get on the radio and call for help.

Water then food.
If there isn't a fresh water source on the Island or frequent rainy periods I'll be dead in three days. I'll need to scout for fruit & see If I can catch any fish and stand to eat it scaly & raw. .....hmmm sounds like I'd be dead in short order anyway.

food - learn to catch fish with a island made sphere, gut and cook the fish on an open fire
water - boil rain water
