Most of the time, I prefer a hard-boiled egg over a soft. But every now & again... a nice warm soft-boiled egg is damn good.

Hard boiled but not over-boiled! I like the yolks to be bright yellow when I cook them!! (and I thought you were going to ask about pretzels lol)
