Though I am sick of the Michael Vick story, I offer this question for debate. It has been interesting to see how opinions on the dog killing issue vary.
Which behavior/crime/action is worse?
Michael Vick, admitted to raising dogs for fighting/sport, killed unsuitable/ineffective dogs, gambling ringleader
OR

I find it very interesting that the media made much less of Henry, while the Vick case was an national sensation.

You're actually asking if dogfighting is worse than not supporting or not wanting to support your own children?

Both are terrible, even with Henry being on the Broncos. But I would have to say Vick because:
1. Henry's jewelry/car purchases aren't helping him any, but if he doesn't want to use a condom, that's his choice. He's just basically taking the Lord's advice a little too far ("Go Forth And Multiply")
2. Henry isn't breaking the law.
3. Vick actually KILLED living, breathing creatures. Even though they weren't humans, it's still a bad thing to do.

Vick is a heartless bastard that killed dogs. (Dogs that kill people on occasion, but still DOGS)
Henry fathers children then fails to support them. He's got $$$ and should pay the women for food, chlothes, etc. MOST IMPORTANT, kids need a dad. That's whats wrong with America. Family and moral values have nearly dissappeared. And the women who sleep with such an azzhole...SHAME ON YOU!!! This guy needs a vascectomy! He obviously doesn't care enough about the women or possible and existing children to wrap his thing up.
ANY offense against a child is far more serious than an offense against an animal. ASPCA folks may argue that their doggies are their babies, but in reality, dogs are animals. Both of these men are fools, Henry is just a bigger one.

Michael Vick is worse just cause he actually killed things with his own hands and that is terrible, Travis Henry is another terrible thing especially if he doesn't pawn some jewelry to spend on his kids. I'm surprised Henry story wasn't bigger but Vick is worse cause he organized the stuff and then he would drown the losers if they didn't die.

Vick is certainly one of the biggest idiots on the face of the earth. But sometimes I wonder how Travis Henry can even call himself a man.
If you don't care enough about your own children to at least pay for their upbringing then you're pretty worthless. This guy is a Grade A dumbass. If you don't want to pay child support....stop making babies! I have a very hard time respecting people who walk out on their children.
Denver should have put a vasectomy clause in Henry's contract. LOL Not that it matters, he won't play out his contract in Denver. I was excited when they signed him, but that was before I knew what irresponsible jackass he's been.
Point being.....Henry is a piece of garbage!

I think in our society the treatment of animals gets more press then the treatment of humans.
It's VERY sick and sad what Vick did...but what about Henry's kids??? Where is Jackson and Sharpton when those kids need them to REALLY stand up for them?
You'll have people willing to give up their time, money, and property for the sake of dogs...but when kids need help those people are no where to be found.
Honestly it's disgusting and we can only pray that the country realizes the value of HUMAN LIFE over animals.

Vick....Fathering babies doesn't torture anyone. Neither are "Man of the Year," but what Vick did to those dogs are 100 times worse than what Henry did.

vick, i dont think that henry has difficulty paying child support, he makes millions. having children is not a crime. so as far as both of their crimes, killing dogs is much worse than smokin some weed
