Ok their are 4 quarters a team kicks to the other team. they get 4 plays to get 10 yards then they get a new set of plays but if they lose on 4 plays they give the ball to the other team. They try to get it in the endzone which normally has teams name in it and that is 6 points you can go for 2 or kick a short field goal for 1. then if you dont make it to the endzone you can kick a field goal which is 3 points. those are basics watch it on the tv with you boy friend and ask questions.

people line up and crash into each other. than wherever the ball got to they line up there and crash into each other again.
