Cajun Martini: Put 3 ice cubes in your shaker, add a little Dry Vermouth, shake well and strain the Vermouth out. Add 3 1/2 ounces vodka to the shaker then add 3 1/2 ounces of pepper vodka to the shaker, close and shake well and pour ion to a martini glass (I have one that holds just over 8 ounces) garnish with 3 or 4 Jalapeno pepper stuffed olives on a long spear of pick. you can adjust the 2 vodkas to get the "heat" you like.
