I submitted a help form to Yahoo 360 customer care concerning my 360 photo not showing up to which I received a letter with specific instructions on how to resolve the problem (which did NOT work). As instructed, I notified them of my negative results then received the following reply:
Hello Buddie:
Thank you for writing to Yahoo! 360.
We appreciate you reporting this technical problem using Yahoo! 360. We are aware of and are working on the problem and do not have a date as
to when it will be fixed. It is through users' feedback that we are able to continue to make improvements, so thank you for bringing this to our
attention.
We apologize for any inconvenience, and appreciate your patience and understanding on this matter. As always, your satisfaction is our goal.
It is input like yours which helps us maintain our service and keep Yahoo! 360 as the best on-line community on the planet!
