whats do u think is a good mascara that thickens your lashes and elongates them? mine are fine and short and i always try new mascara's but they always dry up too quick. tips on some good mascara's anyone?(cost isn't a issue)

I have used several different brands of mascara and they were a waste of money. I was introduced to the mascara when I heard someone ask a girl if she had on fake eyelashes and the girl said "No, I wear Lancome mascara." Then, the girls around the conversation kept telling her how beautiful her lashes were. After hearing that, I immediately went to the nearest Belk and bought it! It is so awesome that if I were standed on a desert island and was only allowed to wear one makeup product I would wear it ;-)
Honeslty, my lashes are mediocre and when I put the mascara on they look almost as long as the model's in the picture in Lancome's link below:

I've had success with the following:
Diorshow
Chanel Intimables
Cover Girl- Lash Exact
Rimmel Lycra
Never pump the mascara- it traps air and dries the mascara out faster
Replace around 3 months-OR as soon as it starts to smell different
Do 2 coats, but make sure it dries between each coat
Use a lash comb right after application (maybe only after the first coat, experiment with this)

The Loreal Volume Shocking is the best mascara!!!!! It has the comb applier so it's not clumpy and it makes the eyelashes look so much longer!!!!

GREAT LASH by Maybelline.
It doesn't clump as much as all the other ones... and here's my favourite part: they're usually around five dollars!
They come in funky pink and green containers usually.

I like cover girl exact lash. make sure to start at the root, wiggle up and i like to coat the ends of my lashes on the front and back.

To find a mascara that works well, you should go to MAC cosmetics(one of my favorite cosmetic stores) and go to ask an artist. There you can chat with a Makeup artist and you ask them your question and they respond with a very helpful answer. :)

i have the same problem but mine clumps a lot too. origins mascara is really well but can be costly. it doesnt clump and lengthens really well. =] hope i helped.
