My opinion is this is creative traffic management, and if they don't want us on the sidewalk why make them so wide and attractive and paved?

More times than I care to admit, the worst was hot cocoa in the winter and it froze on the windshield those wipers could not get the frozen sticky mess it looked like I had been four wheeling in the mud in my car and it was a bear to clean off!
