I wish I could tell you the answer for that one. My opinion is they have loosened the constricting chains of civilization and are allowing the beast free...

Actually I think it's because a lot of them are JERKS and it's a way of avoiding responsibility for their actions.

Just like some people lose their temper and go violent, so do the mental ones. At that point the thinking is irrational.
