This is a very deep concept that would take considerable discussion to answer fully. I am not sure I can adequately convey an answer Scars & Beliefs can make us or break us. It's the way we respond to the experiences in life that form our path or our outcomes. If we let our emotions drive thoughts and actions we create a reality. Ultimately it's all about choices. Am I a human having a spiritual experience or am I a spiritual being having a human experience? What is reality anyway?

I agree with Alexander. A lost of a loved one. I lost my husband over 10 years ago and the pain is still there. The emotional scar will be there forever. The only thing worse, is the death of a child which my monther-in-law experienced when she lost him also. We aren't suppose to out live our children but then there's a reason behind every action.

My favorite uncle. It's been a longggg time. I like to think I'm over it, but, I know I'm not. One unknowing word from a person ... has the ability to open the scar, to a wound as fresh as the day it was inflicted.

A family member and an ex and yes I'm over it but the feelings still come and haunt me now and again, because I'm human.

*the paternal side of the family for showing favoritism to other folks, covering up/denying dysfunction and and possible self hate issues.
*this guy named Hollis who lived upstairs from us that attempted to molest me (but I recognized good touch/bad touch before it got far). that was 25yrs ago
that stuff stays with you in addition to others, then you're left with trust issues (I'm actually laughing at this. I take the bad and make it good if that makes sense to y'all). Otherwise I delt with it and of course it's over

Actually it was a friend, and she didn't mean to do it and I don't think she knows. It has been about a year exactly and I am not "over it" yet.
