Joe, don't worry about it. All teenagers are curious about sex and other guy's penises. When I was a teenager, we use to have "circle jerks". A buch of us guys would get together and watch each other jack off. We weren't gay! We were just enjoying our penises.

dude you are what you are. some say bein gay is predetermined some say it is learned. dude do what ever it is that is comfortable to you maybe it is a curiosity thing dont know. some people say it is normal or some dudes experiment with other dudes and are totally stright. dont get into any trouble staring down a guy then get punched be discreet if you can maybe a teen group would help you out. being a teen there are a lot of stuff going on

Yes. Curiosity and sexual identification issues are normal when young. I don't know too many people that "want" to be gay, as the social conventions are often harsh on alternative lifestyles. However, once the path is determined, there are many qualified agencies and people to help adjust to whatever is the result.
If you think about sex with girls and that stimulates your imagination, I don't think you are gay, just very easily sexually stimulated and curious.
