Hi, Smuffy. I'm here because I've already gone out today, and I'm deciding whether I should go out (in the other direction) today or wait until tomorrow. I come here and answer questions when I'm not 'doing anything important' because many people DO have important questions. YOUR question was important to me ... and became more important when I read your 'explanation.' I can't play ultimate frisbee or any other 'athletic game' ... but it's nice of you to say I'd be 'better off' going out rather than staying home. My fish will appreciate you, too, because I'm now going to go buy new filters for their air filter so I can clean their tank. THAT does use a lot of my energy (it's a 45 gallon tank that sits on a 3.5' high dresser, so I have to use a step stool and a five gallon bottle to fill it) ... and I really DO NEED that 'exercise.' THANKS,
