There aren't any differences. That's some idiots idea of a joke. Get off those silly websites and do something far more useful. Learn to make beautiful or interesting photographs yourself. Do something creative. Don't always look to be entertained. Learn a skill and pass it on or make a living selling something useful or beautiful Create. Work. That's what life is for. You are not stupid. Forget the silly site and get on with something far more satisfying. You have my help. Take it or leave it.
