Love it! Goat cheese, aged parmigiana, ricotta salata, brie, Vermont cheddar, port wine w/cheddar 'cheesefood' (yes, the horrible processed stuff!), real american cheese (not the pre-sliced stuff wrapped cellophone), Jarslberg Swiss, bleu cheese, I could go on FOREVER...but nothing smoked (yuck!). Gimme some crackers & a nice bottle of wine!!

I love the stuff! It's my favourite!!! There's so many different kinds to choose from too! I like extra mature cheddar, stilton with apricots, blue stilton (stinky but yummy!), feta.... there's loads I ain't got time to list um! lol
