Catfish & My favorite place to eat it is in Jessieville,Ark. when we are on vacation near there at Hot Springs Village, Ark.. It's the neatest place to eat called "THE HOP". Bobby socks, poodle skirts and all the stuff from that time. Makes you feel like a kid again. ~~~~~~~~~jill

Salmon.
Filets, not steaks. Salmon steaks are too boney.
Take a filet, place on grill skin-side down for about 15 minutes, turn, the skin will come right off. Season the now-exposed underside while on the grill, tell everyone it's dinnertime. Usually takes about 10 minutes to get everyone up and to the table. Serve immediately. Wait for moans of pleasure.
