How can I make it up to her, show her I was truly sorry for what I did, and it shouldnt be this way? She knows who she is.

If you are truly sorry, write her a long letter (girls love letters!) and get her some flowers... take her somewhere nice & just talk to her & tell her that you are really sorry for whatever you did. If you are truly sorry, you won't do it again either.
She will be able to tell if you are sorry or not, so make sure you mean it.... she should understand and if she loves you, things will get better soon!!

Nothing really. A girl never gets over that. Time will tell. You have to stay by her side constantly and prove you'd never do it again. It will take over a year for her to not think about it daily depending on exactly what you did. And then she still thinks about it weekly or monthly. It will never go away and she will never fully forgive or forget even when your long gone.

Atoning for mistakes is indeed, very hard.
Try talking to her. Tell her you're sorry. Crawl and kiss her feet. Agree to anything she demands, and then keep your promises.
And in the future, you need to never lie to her, never break any promises you make. Because next time she's not going to be so quick to forgive.

Yeah its hard.. But if you are hell bent on making up and really show your remorse you will. Love is an unending battle. Hopefully you can convince her that you still really and truly care. Luck to you.

Say you're sorry. Tell her she's right. Say you'll do anything to make it up to her. Take her a nice gift - something you know she likes. And, SMILE real big!

It depends on what you did. If you cheated on her, then that in unforgivable. But if your Truly sorry, prove it to her. of course, her trust in you has been shattered.
but if its something else, then flowers? a letter of apology, something like that.

Show her with your actions and not just your words. Perseverance!!! Don't give up!!! If you want something bad enough then you keep at it. If she wants it to then it will work out.

write her a song or poem. do something for her that took alot of time and effort. she will realize how sorry you truly are.
