People either don't believe me, but if they do, they just laugh at me.

I live in the south and it sounds like one of those small rural southern towns you live in. You know what I am talking about. If this is indeed the truth, you are some little guy, a bit on the geeky side, very easily intimidated. The manager at McDonalds is some redneck and is fecking you about. You know getting his jollies by this....as he has no life outside being head frycook at McDonalds in a small rural redneck town. So...he refuses to serve you McDonalds as everyone knows everyone and he happened to see you at the local Burger King so that makes you a trader. He and the workers probably laugh their butts off after you storm off and cannot get your McDonalds there. You probably do not have another McDonalds in town so you would have to go to the next bigger city or another rural town which is further away than to fool with... In this case, this redneck dude or whatever the manager is..he is not the owner. It would be easy enough to find the owner if you live in a place like that because its probably a franchise and he lives in the town. Even if you cannot find him, a franchise has to go by Corporate McDonalds rules. Call the McDonalds corporate office at this number 1-800- 244-6227. Complain and tell them that it might be a joke to this manager but you do not think its funny and you are tired of this and it makes McDonalds as a whole look bad. Tell them how this has affected you and that should take care of it. If its franchised, they will contact the owner and ask for his cooperation. They might even send you some free food coupons. Maybe this dumb*** manager will learn how to run a restaurant instead of being an idiot. Maybe you will also learn something as you should not have put up with it this long and should not have to get advice on someone running over you.

The manager of McDonalds should let you eat anywhere you want. You do have the right to eat anywhere you want. I have never heard of this happening before. If you want to eat at McDonalds again, you should go to another location near you.

You cannot go to a business that sells food and eat food from another place unless you have permission to do so. You can't even drink someone else's drinks without permission. If you like eating stuff from different places in one meal, use the drive up and eat in your car or at a park or go home. I like Arby's Jamoca shake, Wendy's side salads and McD's fries. I get them and go to some public place to eat my meal. By the way, McD's is a rented space, they have rights just like those who rent where they live. They had the right to ban you from the property!

They cant make you only eat at one fast food resturant. If this is for real, then you need to call somebody who is above that manager and let them know what is going on.

You could probably ask any lawyer about this question for free but I'm sure they'll tell you that since they're a private business that they have the right to do that.

Are you for real??? I do believe we are in America, the land of the free. There is no law against that, it should only make them want to become more competitive for your business, I would think.
