How to tell an effective lie??

I am not a liar most of the day but I am in a situation where if I dont lie for like half an hour I lose everything. Please tell me how to tell a lie without getting caught?? I will be thankful to you.

Look the people right in the eyes (well actually at a spot right above their eyes).

If you stop to think do not look up and to the sides because that means you are thinking about it.

Do not touch your face while telling the lie.

Practice telling your story in a mirror, over and over.

Be prepared for questions about details.

There's a million ways to do any one thing. This is only your only hope because you're looking at it from a frame of mind that isn't open to other options. Trust me, you'll never HAVE to lie. You only "have to" do anything when you're idealizing. "Things must be this way or else I cannot be happy". And for Needs, it's correct. You need food, you need air, and you need sleep. But moreover, you only even need these because you WANT to live. Thus if you'll allow a few more things in life to be as they are, and let go of the ideals, you'll find you'll be able to stick to your virtues and will be better off in the end for it.

If you have to lie, be aware of your body language. Breathe slowly and deeply. Remain calm, don't fidget. Look whoever you are talking to right in the eye and speak slowly and clearly. Tell your story (lie) ONE TIME and DO NOT REPEAT yourself.
