he is. gerwick wanted him to at least appear at the no mercy/hhh show, but vince vetoed the whole thing. he didn't want y2j to come back "too soon".

I hear that the Save us 222 campaign is Chris Jericho's promo for coming back at Cyber Sunday. They will probably play it at cyber sunday then make it dark in the arena and then play Chris Jericho's music just like at Cyber Sunday

ok, jericho is supposedly coming back at cyber sunday hence all the computer code on that promo. the saveus_22 is a reference to cyber sunday being the 222nd wwe pay per view.
