make a decision to feel better! do something that makes you feel good today. you say you hate everything, but i think you love your friends??? let someone help you! and help yourself!!! you can do it!!! don't dwell on the negatives, try to understand each person has their own ways and while your family makes you depressed they are still your family and just try to understand them even if you don't agree with how they are. Never quit, keep going towards being happy and successful and find your special purpose in life. (and don't say you don't have one-i know you do).

I wish I could help cheer you up. We all have family issues so don't feel like you're the only person with family drama. I used to have those same feelings quite often. And I am just like you , I never share my feelings. I used to feel as though I always had a fake smile on my face. But I had to get over my issues about asking for help. When you start to have suicidal thoughts you need to talk to someone a.s.a.p. I am so anti- medication so I was very much against anti- depressants like you probably are. But let me tell you from personal experience, they really work. I feel so much better now. I'm telling you, I know how lost and low you feel but it's not your fault. sometimes our bodies get off balance and we need something to balance ourselves back out again.Just be honest and tell your doctor how you feel. I guarantee you they can help you. Felling depressed is not out of the ordinary and there are many things out there that can help. Please please talk to someone right away. I know what you're going through so I'll always be here to try to help :-)

realize that your family are just people....dont judge or blame them for the problems that you have, big a bigger person and overcome what they have accomplished in life....work on yourself and how you react to things....on a scale of 1-10 if they make you upset/mad how do you react? If it's something small and only should get a reaction of 3, but you react on a 7, then find the missing 4. You need to get the anger out of you because only you can change how you react to things, you cant change what they say or do. You will feel better in time about your life.

you may need a change in enviornment & atmosphere.take a vacation,get out & meet new ppl to involve in your life.as far as the trust issue in the family,can you name me 1 family that dosent hide things from other family members?...im sure if you realy dug deep enough you would find that your not the only 1 hiding her feelings in your family...

i know what would cheer me up would be a big labrador retreiver licking my face and going everywhere with me ( i miss my lab :( )
write some poetry too...great stuff comes from the pen when your emotions run deep

its all up to you...a woman was depressed...so she bought a canary to sing and make her happy...yes she was happy ,until she noticed the bird had one leg...she took the bird back to the pet store....and told the manager :you sold me a canary with one leg...he said you bought the bird...right...she said yes...he said does it sing and make you happy..? she said yes...but it has one leg...! so the manager said...well what do you want ..?,,....a singer or a dancer.......make up your mind dont anylize what things are
except the things that make you happy...and dont dwell on irrelevant things that make you sad or depressed.
