cuz our high school is and i think that they sooo didnt stick to the movie like at all. and who actually wants to do the cellular fusion scene? ugh. but the i cant take my eyes off of you is really romantic in ours so maybe yalls will be good to!

I just finished a production and I liked it SO much more than the movie. I wasn't really a giant fan of the movie to begin with though. I loved Cellular Fusion, it was one of my favs. I didn't really like I Can't Take My Eyes off of You.

Most movies adapted for stage and vice versa are not exactly the same because it just isn't logical to have the same scenes because you can't do the same things on stae that you can in a film with sets, locations, etc.
My daughter did HSM the past summer and despite my misgivings, I enjoyed it for the most part. It was still pretty cheesy though, but if you don't expect much and you take it for what it is (and if you have a 3 year old with you who really enjoys every minute) you can enjoy it.

I did it last year, although the main plot is the same, their are a lot of side plot, like ryan standing up for himself, oh, and gabriella and troy do kiss at the end.
