you mean they are not identical twins but rather fraternal and dont look the same?

superfetation is the formation of a fetus while another fetus is already present in the uterus or womb. Basically, the mother is impregnated but still releases another egg and that second egg is fertilized also. The fetuses have different gestational ages and thus are not twins even though they may be born on the same day.

There is a word "coeval" which means existing at the same time, but it does not mean specifically born at the same time. Perhaps co-natal??
