Depends who you are, what shape you're in, what you're jumping on, if you've just eaten.. etc.
Jumping is known to help strengthen bones and increase bone density.
You'd probably get a good cardiovascular workout.
Your knees and feet/ankles would be put under more stress than usual, and might become sore.
